7 Month Contract Position

Administrative Assistant

You will be responsible for assisting the Administrative Coordinator with tasks related to planning and supporting the CHC office move to its new interim site. Working in collaboration with the administration team, you will share your positive, results-oriented approach to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Your qualifications include at least two years in office management or facilities maintenance and Post-secondary education in office administration and/or construction administration. This position requires strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word A Police Reference check is required.
