I've been asked for lower-cost HRIS solutions for small and medium businesses. I often recommend HRWeb. It provides a 'turnkey' human resources software that is accessible from anywhere in the world. HRWeb is web based and it lets you effectively track attendance, manage recruitment activities, and record training. It features an intuitive interface that addresses employee management tasks and processes including performance review, accomplishments, incident tracking, and goals.
