Registered Nurse

With your skills, positive outlook and clinical expertise, you are a catalyst who will help support a new environment for residents who do not have a primary care provider and who commonly experience barriers to accessing healthcare.

You will work in collaboration with physicians, Nurse practitioners and other allied healthcare professionals.  And, you can make a special contribution while enjoying the opportunity for continuous learning and career growth.

Your qualifications include 3-5 years experience preferably in a community health setting working with inter-disciplinary teams, or combined with hospital and or public health environment.   Experience in program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation is an asset. You hold a current and valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.  A valid Ontario driver’s license, access to reliable transportation and a Police Reference check are required.

Executive Assistant

The EA will be a highly motivated, experienced professional capable of working with an energetic and enthusiastic team.  The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Director and Board in a highly responsible manner while demonstrating a tact, confidentiality and discretion.  The position is responsible for a broad range of general office administrative tasks including maintaining schedules, preparing board packages and minutes, researching information and various administrative tasks.

You have a minimum of 3 years administration experience supporting senior level managers, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to learn processes and technology quickly, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships. Your ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment and proven ability to operate independently with initiative and minimal direction make you the ideal candidate.

Registered Dietician

With your skills, positive outlook and clinical expertise, you are a catalyst who will help support a new environment for residents who do not have a primary care provider and who commonly experience barriers to accessing healthcare and adequate nutrition.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team collaborating with physicians, Nurse Practitioners and other allied healthcare professionals.  And, you can make a special contribution while enjoying the opportunity for continuous learning and career growth. The Dietician will provide client support along with community planning, developing, implementing and evaluating all nutritional programs.

Your qualifications include an undergraduate degree in food and nutrition.  3-5 years experience in a clinical counseling or community nutrition setting working with inter-disciplinary teams, preferably with diabetic experience.  You are a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and possess a valid Ontario driver’s license. Access to reliable transportation and a Police Reference check are required.
